We're located on Howe Avenue, 1/2 mile morth of Fair Oaks Blvd. That's in the same center as Panera Bread.
Just show up! Except for the Saturday 1pm Beginners class and our Saturday 3pm Kid's Yoga class (which are offered as a series) all our classes are offered on a drop-in basis. Just show up whenever your schedule allows. Let the teacher know if you have particular problems or concerns. Mats We have loaner mats (free of charge) if you don't have your own. We do encourage students to acquire and use their own mats for hygenic reasons. We have mats for sale in the studio lobby.
Introductory Special 30 days of unlimited classes for only $30 if you're new to Shanti Yoga.
Child Care We offer Free child care during the 10 am class Mondays through Fridays.
What else? No need to make a fashion statement. Just come in some in clothes you're comfortable stretching in. We have everything else you need at the studio. We leave shoes at the door. Come with a relatively empty stomach and a desire for a good time. If you're just starting your Sacramento yoga adventure, you might pick an easy class at first to see how you fit in. See our descriptions page for details. Gradually as your skills develop, you can explore more challenging work. Take it easy. We want you to have fun with the practice.

NEW ASHTANGA CLASS--Join Bill Counter Thursday evenings for a fun exploration of the Ashtanga First Series, also known as the Ashtanga Primary Series. It's a fast-paced vinyasa practice for fit beginners through advanced students. On the second Thursday of each month instead of First Series, it's Second Series, also known as the Ashtanga Intermediate Series.
