Classes begin early in March -- watch for our announcement of the opening date!


Yoga in Sacramento, CA. Bill's fun classes offer a great opportunity to allow your practice to grow.
Just pick a class and show up!
   All the classes are offered on a drop-in basis. Just come whenever your schedule allows.  If you're new, come a few minutes before your first class to get acquainted and talk about any particular problems or concerns.
 
Mats   There are loaner mats to use if you don't have your own. We do encourage students to acquire and use their own mats for hygenic reasons.

Introductory Special   Come do 10 days of unlimited classes for $20.

You can only do the intro deal once but it doesn't have to be your first time to the studio. Save it for a time when you can come to lots of classes. Start any day you like.  It's good for both my classes as well as any other classes at the studio.

Ashtanga vinyasa practice, classical hatha yoga and lots more. Here's Bill in Bakasana, the crow pose.What else?   No need to make a fashion statement. Just come in some in clothes you're comfortable stretching in. We have everything else you need at the studio. We leave shoes at the door. Come with a relatively empty stomach and a desire for a good time.

If you're just starting your Sacramento yoga adventure, we want you to take it easy during your first few classes. The practice should be fun!

Gradually as your skills develop, you'll be exploring more challenging work.


The schedule is still evolving as we talk to teachers and finalize many details.  As we get closer to the studio opening, more information about classes and workshops will be added.

PARKING --

2 hour free parking is
available on many of the
residential streets east
of 16th.

After 6 pm Monday
through Saturday the
meters are off so there's
lots of free parking  on 16th
right across the street. On
H west of 16th is also a
good bet.

Meters are off all day
Sundays so there are lots
of free spaces available.
